The American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women wants to hear YOUR story.
Tell us your heart or stroke survivor story by recording a quick video on your phone, or write a paragraph and include a photo or two. Tell us your name, where you’re from, a little about yourself, what happened and when, how you are doing now and what steps you’ve taken to become a healthier you.
And include this line in your story: “I Go Red for _________” (fill in your reason why you’re sharing your story with others, or why you’re choosing to live healthy!)
Post your story on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #NashGoRed, or send your story to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ll share your story on social or traditional media, to inspire many others!
